We all love our high heels. As a matter of fact, we love them so much that we would like to wear them all the time. However, that won’t be possible if you’ve got broken heels. You have got to remember that high heeled shoes are pretty fragile. As beautiful as they look, they are also quite vulnerable to damage. Think of them as your mother’s china. They may look pretty but can easily get broken if you leave things out of hand. Here are a couple ideas on how you can prevent your high heels from sustaining any damage:
First of all, your high heels will get some scuffs and other minor issues. These issues can either remain minor or become a major problem in the future. To prevent your shoes from going down the road of no return, you should take the time to inspect them one by one. If you notice some scuff marks on your leather high heels, grab some shoe polish and apply some on the scuffed surface then wait for a bit for the polish to dry then brush the surface or polish with a nice, clean, and smooth cloth.
Don’t wear your shoes while they are wet. It’s an obvious rule that shoes aren’t waterproof, but that doesn’t mean you're just going to let them get wet and wear them while they are still soaking wet. Let them dry for a while before you wear them again.
